Introducing New Class Formats: Two-Day & Weekend Courses

In response to student requests, The Fort Collins Digital Workshop will begin offering our normal courses—usually delivered in an intensive, one-day session—as two-day and weekend class sessions. This scheduling change will come into effect on April 1st, 2013 and continue throughout the rest of the year. While some classes will retain their one-day format, the Fort Collins Digital Workshop staff felt that it would be helpful to have the more intensive subjects broken up into multiple sessions. The International Appetite Bistro has generously offered 10% off lunch for FCDW students! The International Appetite Bistro is located within walking distance of FCDW, at 130 West Olive. International Appetite Bistro specializes in tapas and Mediterranean food, along with Italian and Greek appetizers and entrees as well. FCDW Upgrades Private Training Room

The Fort Collins Digital Workshop (FCDW) recently upgraded its private training room to provide the highest level of training ease and enjoyment. The private training room now features a 55” monitor that allows our expert instructors to utilize a wide variety of visual aids to enhance class sessions and job-related training. Welcoming Our Newest Instructor: Adam Valuckas

We are proud to introduce our newest expert instructor, Adam Valuckas, who will be teaching our Adobe Premiere Pro© and After Effects© courses. Adam is a professional videographer who has worked with both small and corporate businesses throughout his career. Starting out in 1999, right as video technology was moving toward less-expensive digital video formats, Adam was able to “ride the wave” of the industry’s transformation and stay ahead of the trends. Winter Art Exhibition: Linda Wells

We will be hosting a solo art exhibition by local fine artist Linda Wells in our classroom space from December 3 – January 30. Linda Wells is a full-time artist residing in Loveland, Colorado. Classically trained in watercolor, oil, acrylic and many other mediums, Linda is known for her award-winning equine art, which has appeared in art exhibitions across the nation. For this exhibition, Linda will be showing an array of small oil paintings, focusing mainly on Colorado plein air landscape and still life.
